I'm brand new at making my own chocolates and I was wanting to trying to caramel fillings which I found you can buy them ready to use (if I do it myself I would burn something to the ground) So buying the fillings till I have the confidence is what I want to do. Anyway I found a site that sells the fillings but its in America and I don't to buy things from abroad. Does anyone know where I can get fillings from anywhere in the UK?

Filling of chocolates is great and I really love it. I'm a chocolate lover, chocolates are already sweet but having it with a twist like putting something on it....it would probably be more sweeter and delicious.

You could try Artisan du Chocolate's liquid caramel sauce, it's a bit pricey (£7.99 for 325g) , but it's so good! It's quite thin in consistency, but if you look back to one of my previous posts you will find the answer of how to mold it.

Honestly if you want to make your own (very cheap) soft caramel filling, it's as easy as melting soft caramels in the microwave and thinning with milk or cream. Let cool to 32 degrees or so and pour into your shells. Let set overnight and cap.
I've also flavored my caramel with things like bourbon, vanilla and raspberry.
