On my second attempt I was able to come up with a chocolate that I am proud of. The tempering went perfectly with the revolution at lower rh and different seeding chocolate. I made a peanut butter ganache and they are wonderful. I wanted to thank all the guys here that helped especially Brad. Thanks!
