Hello,
I'm starting to get into baking and other fun food things, and my next baking challenge is going to be a strawberry vanilla cake with buttercream frosting.
I want to make this cake stand out and I thought to put strawberry chocolate bar shavings on top of it. My only problem is I have no idea how to make a strawberry puree chocolate bar that is completely solid. I do not want any liquid in the chocolate shavings.
Would anyone be able to help me with making a solid strawberry chocolate bar? I haven't been able to find what I'm looking for by searching the web.

Some ideas:
- use a good quality dark chocolate bar for chocolate shavings on the cake since cake already has strawberries. - make some dark chocolate bark adding freeze dried strawberries for the shavings. - make some white chocolate bark adding freeze dried strawberries for the shavings.
You should be able to find search for how to make chocolate bark and also where to find freeze dried strawberries online.
Regards,
Thomas
