Hello - last week I visited a chocolate plantation in Costa Rica called Don Olivio's. It was a wonderful tour and they shared with us chocolate they had made using only cacao grindings and sugar cane. They were in these fluffy squares that almost looked like brownies. They tasted great and I am sure were very healthy.
I wanted to try and make these myself but I don't know how long to cook them or how to do it. Has anyone done something like this and have any advice?
