I just bought some cocoa beans and I know very little about chocolate making. So I will throw out some questions.
After roasting and grinding how do I melt my chocolate?
What do I need to know about sugar adding and what sweetener options do I have?
What is a good basic dark chocolate recipe?
Milk chocolate recipe?
What tools are essential?
Any other essential information that might keep me out of trouble would be great . . . . Thanks
