Hi everyone - I am very new to these forum. I just tried to recipe m.wikihow.com/Make-Chocolate but the cocoa powder version (very first time trying to make chocolate and wanted to start with an easy recipe) After 12 hours in the fridge, the chocolate looks like a mousse more than anything else. It is not hard. Can someone help as to what went wrong ? Thanks a lot in advance

Nothing went wrong on your end, the recipe you followed is just plain wrong for making chocolate.
Follow the top recipe on that page for cocoa beans instead, but replace "cocoa beans" with 50% cocoa powder and 50% cocoa butter (or coconut oil maybe?).

I agree with lyndon, it's the recipe. Butter is too soft. Replace the butter with either cocoa butter or coconut oil.
This is the recipe I use:
2.5 tbs cacao butter 3.5 tbs raw cacao powder 1 tbs raw honey, maple, or agave syrup ΒΌ tsp vanilla extract
