Hi Sir, I made choclate from 200grm cocoa liquor, 50grm cocoa butter and 50grm sugar.First I conched cocoa liquor for 4 to 6 hrs and after that I tempered that and at last I freezed that in refrigerator. When the choclate was yuk..I mean that was sticky and had a very odd taste.. Will you please tell me the ratio of cocoa butter, milk powder,sugar and lecithin. How can I will get rid off to that sticky and odd taste?
