I want to try to make some milk chocolate i see in the recipes thread that it calls for Jamaican Cocoa beans but this forum does not sell them.Is there an alternative to the beans ?

Hi Dave. You can use any cocoa beans to make milk chocolate (any chocolate, really). Keep in mind, though, that different beans will have different flavors.

Yep - just use whatever beans you have and see if you like it. I've made lots of milk chocolate and never used Jamaican beans.
