Hi - Anyone in the Seattle area making chocolate? Before I shell out the $$ to buy the equipment, I'm thinking it might be nice to talk to someone local about it and maybe see the equipment required? Maybe even borrow to try first? I know it's a long shot but I thought I'd ask...

Yes, Theo is in Seattle And they do offer tours (everyone in my family has been but me). I was interested in an individual doing it as a "hobby" at home...
