Im using the premier grinder, and today i made a batch peanut butter chocolate (basically white chocolate but using peanut flour)
and i noticed at the end of black stuff in the result. once i took the wheels off the holders the axles also were coated in this black stuff (which also tasted quite sweet compared to the peanut butter mixture).
im wondering what can cause this? and what is the black stuff?
i cleaned the machine quite thoroughly before each use, i use pipe cleaners for the insides of the wheel and the holder being dishwasher safe is cleaned that way.
my theories are: sugar go between the wheel and axle somehow the peanut butter mixture go into the axle and burned the axle got corroded somehow
also i saw a post from 2013 about a similar issue but i dont think it ever got resolved
