Has anyone tried honey or xylitol in their chocolate? I'm especially interested in xylitol as it is a natural sweetner with 80 - 100% the sweetness of sugar, used in some hard candies, and does not stress the pancreas (for those that are diabetic) according to one post on answers.com.
