Hi all, I am new to this forum! Looks like a very interesting forum for chocolate lovers! Does anyone know of any companies that sell good quality chocolate wholesale? I have an ABN and I will be buying large quantities but I will experimenting at home. Thanks! Tarah

How large are the quantities you are looking for?

Hi Brad, I'm a chocolate student and I'm in the sourcing suppliers module and thought I'd pick up on this thread. Do you source your own beans? You said you have several ton in your inventory. Is that your turnaround per bean season? Do you sell wholesale or retail?
Thanks

www.amanochocolate.com/wholesale/I love most of Amano chocolate, so they were the first to come to mind. Are you looking for small scale manufacturer's or large? Cost vs. quality? American manufacturers or foreign manufacturers (this site is based in the US)? There are a lot of different things to take into consideration. Here is a discussion with a list of American manufacturers to give you an idea of the many options: www.thechocolatelife.com/forum/topics/1978963:Topic:7700?x=1&id=1978963%3ATopic%3A7700&page=1#comments Some are large scale and some are small, and the quality changes with each company, so it will all come down to what you like in the flavor profile of each maker and how much you are willing to spend for good quality chocolate. I suggest tasting each maker you are considering and compare them, quality and costs, to see what best suits your needs. My opinion is that you shouldn't settle for the first one you try without sampling different makers, though. You could be missing out on better chocolate for a relative price. Andrea
