I'd like to package chocolates for giving. I went looking for foil wrap, but all I could find was either boring, not food grade or with minimum orders of 1 ton!
How do you package yours? Any tips?

sugarcraft (www.sugarcraft.com) has plenty of foil wrappers in all sizes. I use their gold foil for my bars. There's also Kitchen Krafts, Chocolat-Chocolat, and Candyland Crafts. Chocolat-Chocolat has the most original (but expensive) options.

Perfect, thanks I noticed they also sell gold leaf, and now I'm plotting how I can best use it

Another company I've used is Nashville Wraps (www.Nashvillewraps.com). They have an excellent selection.

If you're still looking for boxes, I get mine from a local "Restaurant Store". They have the paper sheets too. I'm sure any similar restaurant supply shop could provide you with them. Print your own labels, or use a local printer.
Hope that helps!
