Good morning. New here. I have making truffles and caramels for the last few years, mainly as holiday presents. My interest in chocolate is growing. After reading a bit on the forums, I realize how little I know. Does anyone have any recommendations of an online course I might follow to learn more and not have gaps in my knowledge base? Thank you!
