Hello!
I was wondering if anyone could explain a little what needs to happen in order to be able to see across US State lines? I current sell via Cottage Kitchen Laws in my state, but I'm having hard time figuring out how I could theoretically sell across the country if I wanted to grow. I'd like to have a commercial kitchen in my home to the future, but I'm not sure if that would cut it for inter-state sales requirements, etc.
Any resources or recommendations would be greatly appreciated! TIA

Hello! You'll need to reach out to the agency in your state that regulates this. Here in Virginia, it's the VA Dept of Agriculture and Consumer Services. It could be something similar in your state, or possibly a health department. My understanding, however, is that VA is the only state that lets you have a full-fledged commercial kitchen in your home. But, it's possible that I'm misinformed, or that that has changed since I heard that.
