Hi hi,
I looked through the questions and gathered some info on the topic, but to be sure - do you have any recommendation for pre-grinding (before I put the nibs to the melanger)? Except of the Champion juicer and the nut butter machine. I want the nibs to be ready for the melangeur, so I put them bigger quantities, as it takes me too much time now, when I grind them with the food processor.

You can just put the nibs in your melange and then use a sieve when you pour the chocolate out of the melange. That way you don’t need to pre-grind at all. You should do that or use the Champion juicer to make Cocoa liquor
