Hi Anyone have an idea what a good percentage of cinnamon powder in a 1kg batch would work well? Also any what percentage chocolate it might best suit. Krakakoa here make a 53% dark milk with cinnamon to which Im quite partial.

I’d suggest you start around 10g per kg (assuming use of whole quills broken up and added to the melangeur).
