Hello, I'm about to start learning about chocolate making professionally. My goal is to make chocolate formulations to improve mood, treat depression, be aphrodisiac, treat illments, etc. Any read you recommend? I was thinking about buying Julie Pech's book that talk about precisely that. She seems to be having a very succesful chocolate business too, too bad she doesn't have a kindle version. Any recommendations?
