Hi any info on these machines all done by seeding method but hardly no motion just a stir ever so often? Can i use cacao liquor? I have a rev 2b at moment but too noisy and small capacity Any halp greatly welcome Cheers sean

Yes, tempering in a melter is generally done by seeding with either tempered chocolate or silk. You'll need to stir regularly to keep everything homogeneous.
I'm not sure what you are asking regarding cacao liquor.
