Hello all,
I'm curious to learn how long you guys wait before you start wrapping your unmoulded chocolate bars. I have 32 gram bars, with length 85, width 42, and height 10 mm. These are wrapped in alu foil. I let them cool off after unmoulding over night, and then start wrapping them the other day. But I'm not sure whether the length of this period is necessary. Now I could do some trial runs and find out, but before I do I thought it would be wise to ask advice from others. My intent would be to wrap directly after unmoulding, or very shortly afterwards. How long do you guys wait?

I will let them cool off in the molds until I am ready to wrap. I'm not a huge producer and have an adequate supply of molds. I unmold and immediately wrap the bars.

You should have no issue wrapping directly after unmolding.
