Hello everyone, I'm gonna send several items to the Mediterranean competition that will take place next month in Italy.
Due to the fact I neither get e-mail response (I sent more than one) nor got the answer from their PDF rules document I will ask here:
1. Chocolate contain Maca powder and nuts is considered as "flavor dark chocolate"? generally, are there any restriction on ground nuts in white/milk chocolate for substitute the butterfat (I use skim powder milk).
2. Any suggestions how to pack (outside and inside - each chocolate category) and ship it?
Thank you:)

Not an official answer on #1, but I believe that if your chocolate has anything other than cacao, sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla, and lecithin, that it is considered a flavored chocolate.
