Hi, I've browsed through threads but I don't seem to have a clear picture or I may have missed something regarding this problem. I used to refine 400g of nibs when I tried the ULTRA Dura+ and it worked fine for 23 hours without experiencing the stopping stones. However, when I increased the weight to 700g, either one of the stones would stop rolling or both would stop. The composition is mainly cacao nibs (70%) and sugar. Both are warmed prior to refining and are added intermittently. What could the problem be and if there are any modifications required what are these? Thanks.

Have you removed the wheels and cleaned the axles?

Yup! Made another batch now and it has not experienced the problem for 12 hours now. Seems like the problem is with how the white plastic object is rotated.
