I am afraid part of the sealant from the base of the melanger has flaked off into the chocolate. Any suggestions on what I can use to screen the chocolate when I pour it out of the melanger? Thank you

Thank you this is helpful. How many pounds are you making and pouring through at a time?

I make chocolate as a hobby at home and use the Premier Grinder. My largest batch is 6 to 7 lbs. The chocolate flows very good through the strainer. For bigger batches, I would use a larger strainer or pour the chocolate slower. However, I would fix the melanger if the sealant is flaking off.
