The last few batches in one of my premier grinders were throwing out a lot of dust, so assuming it was shedding from the belt I took the top off to measure up for a replacement. Turns out the teeth on the cogs have completely worn away so will need replacing, definitely a job outside my comfort zone! Does anyone have any tips for getting new ones in the UK or what best to do when I come to fit them?

I second the chocolate maker upgrade from Indi Chocolate - I've just done it for my machines.

Thanks. It's Erin from indi chocolate.
The Chocolate Maker Upgrade Kit on my website (http://indichocolate.com) should help with this. The original belts and gears were wearing too quickly with the original Premier Grinders when they were used for making chocolate.
The Premier Chocolate Refiners I sell are already upgraded for you with these and other upgrades. We're always making upgrades on these machines based on feedback, so you'll want to check my website for the latest improvements.
One things I've noticed with the upgraded machines is that mine run more quietly now.
I also sell the Commercial Refiners from Diamond Custom Machines when you're ready to go bigger.
If you're in Seattle in June or afterwards, you can swing by my shop in Pike Place Market and see the machines in action.
Happy chocolate making!
Thanks again,
Erin
