Put desiccated coconut in melanger with sugar - best I have ever tried

Could work, but it will be another product already. Roasted and raw coconuts are sooo different. Just like coffee or cocoa. I love roasted, some people like kind of "baunty" taste.

so in essense you get sweet coconut butter and not a Gandoia based on coconut..

Have you tried creamed coconut? It's divine and could probably be used without any added ingredients.
