Went to this show and saw some amazing looking filled bonbons that were airbrushed using cocoa butter colorants. So naturally I had to try it. But it seems that each time I do, after airbrushing the mold with the desired color and letting it set, when I put the tempered chocolate in, the cocoa butter softens and when I turn the mold over to let the chocolate in the centers to come out, the entire chocolate in each mold will just fall out (along with the cocoa butter). Not sure what I am doing wrong. Any ideas? Thanks.
