I had a small pod with about 20 beans in it that I just finished fermenting and have been sun drying for the past 3 days. A couple have black spots on top and you can see some growth coming out. A few others have some tiny black patches in the middle. When I was heating them during fermentation I did 95 for 3 days, then was shooting for 113, but was at closer to 108.
Should any beans that are black be discarded?
