HAVING RECENTLY BEEN IN THE FAR WESTERN MOUNTAIN AREA OF HAITI DOING A WATER PROJECT I FOUND THAT THIS AREA HAS A VAST AMOUNT OF ORGANIC MOUNTAIN COCOA AVAILABLE. THE PEOPLE LIVING IN THIS REGION HAVE LITTLE TO NO INCOME. THEY MOSTLY LIVE OFF THE LAND. EATING WHAT THEY GROW AND FIND IN THE LOCAL MOUNTAINS. THEY ARE LOOKING FOR A MARKET TO SELL THEIR COCOA BEANS. CAN ANYONE HELP AS THIS IS A DEPRESSED AREA. PEOPLE EARN LESS THAN $100 PER YEAR. ANY OFFERS WILL BE CONSIDERTED. THANKS SO MUCH SAM CARPENTER

I applaud your efforts, i've been thinking along the same lines. One of the things I'd encourage you to do is spend some time with them to ensure they understand fermentation - typically, Haitian cocoa is un(der)fermented - mainly because no one's ever taken the time to teach them. They'll find a much better market for nicely fermented beans vs what's essentially sanchez they've likely been trying to sell.
