Hi all! No matter what I look at on the web I can't seem to find the answer to this question!
What are the best pieces of equipment for grinding sweetener down to a fine powder?
Do u put sweeteners in a melanger? If so would the melanger turn corse sweetener granules into beautifully smooth choccy?!

IMO there really is no need to pre-refine your sweeteners. The melangeur will take care of that during the refining process of the chocolate.
