Can anyone help out with cleaning the Behmor 1600? The instruction manual suggests wiping the sides with Simple Green and then doing a dry roast, this should be done after 5 roasting cycles? Does this apply more to roasting coffee beans or would it be the same for cocoa beans? We weren't sure if coffee beans give off more oil than cocoa beans and we don't want to ruin our roaster!!!!

Those cleaning suggestions are really for coffee. Cocoa gives off nearly no residue at all, at least compared to coffee.
Basically, if all you are roasting is cocoa, I would give it a wipe down every couple roasts. If you have simple green, all the better. If not, it really is not that big an issue for cocoa roasting.
