hi I'm new here
I'm looking for an online source for chocolate bars molds, the kind that's suitable for fillings.
I think it also called "break-apart bar".
can you give me any links? or idea how and where i should look?

i would be careful when buying from chocolat chocolat.....the molds i recently bought had an entirely incorrect description, and as such has caused me significant troubles....

i should clarify....the buying experience was good, the molds were very high quality, however, resolving the mistaken description was troublesome.....

Hah! I had the same problem with Chocolat Chocolat. Now I verify that we're on the same page by having them send me a photo of what they are about to sell me. It's saved some hassle, that's for sure.
Pavoni, an Italian company has some REAL COOL stuff as well. I've had great service from them.

Dear Chocolate Alchemy community,
I would like to thank you for your very informative forum and looking forward to contributing ... I am in the process of starting up a little chocolate business.
I had a look through those mold reference links but unfortunately couldnt find what I was looking for.
I am after an 80 - 100 gram square chocolate tablet mold, if someone knows of a brand that makes a generic template please let me know. Equally if there is a company that custom makes molds please also let me know.
regards
