I have just had an email from my father who seems bemused by my truffle making and suggested I make cherry and peanut butter flavour. Do you think it could work? I am still have trouble setting the white chocolate ganache for truffles also. Any tips?

Sounds good actually. Although something like a pecan butter would probably combine better.
Try adding more chocolate to your white ganache until you get the desired consistency.
