Hello everyone, I have not been around in a while due to not making chocolate. My daughter had a milk allergy which is why I began the chocolate research but has now outgrown the allergy. Although I did love making the chocolate, I no longer have the time to spend making it or the previous requirement to make the chocolate. I have a couple of machines that I do have for sale. The machines have not had nuts or dairy in any of them.
Please email me offline if you are interested in purchasing, all items were purchased from this website and were only slightly used and only used for chocolate processing. A good way for a new person to start the chocolate process at a reduced cost. Thanks.

I am interested in the wet grinder and have tried to respond to your message via email but it comes back underlivered. What is the price?

I don't think you are going to find that. Except for modified ones, the 10 lb Melangers don't come with that size motor.
There are 20 lb versions that we will offer when they come available and I believe those have the 1/2 hp motor.

I am curious about the Santha Spectra 40. Is it up to the challenge of making large batches of chocolate? Are there overheating problems?

It is up to the challenge. I have yet to try one, but I have data that it does indeed work. I am still trying to work out the logistics of offering them. They are around 250 lbs shipping weight. The Spectra 20's are about half that weight.
