Any ideas for types of heating I can safely use (ie without introducing dust or other particles and leave unattended) whilst conching? At present the Ultra grinder I have generates enough heat but I want more control than that gives and anyway it is awkard to control the heat of the mix against keeping the motor cool.
Thanks.

Another idea would be to purchase a small DC Fan, block of the vent holes in your motor casing, cut a new hole that points at the bowl of chocolate, and then blow air past the motor, and out the hole at the bowl. (mount the fan on the opposite side of the motor housing) The motor will get the heat up to 45 degrees Celcius quite easily.
Just another thought....
