I've been using two Behmor ovens for roasting. While they work well for my purposes, I'm looking to scale up with a larger roaster. But from what I'm learning they are soooo expensive! If anyone is able to recommend a reasonably priced roaster with a 10-30lb capacity, I would be eternally grateful. Thank you!

They are crazy expensive. I went with a Buckeye Coffee roaster and have been very happy with it. I went with the electric BC-5 which can do about 8 lbs of cacao at a time. If gas is an option, keep your eye out for a Royal #5 (or other model, but #5 is the most common I've seen).
