Hi everyone,
Apolgies if this is not the right place to post this, but I don’t know how else to solve this issue.
I bought a tilting Premier refiner from DCM with Stainless Steel micro batch unit last year. I had many issues with my order unfortunately.
1. i insisted I be sent an Aussie plug, I repeated this in multiple emails. They sent the wrong plug
2. The stainless steel drum they sent me had very clear damage on it, even thought it was brand new.
3. After a lot of back and forth, they eventually sent me a new drum and an Aussie plug which to this day I have NO IDEA how to attach as they provided zero instructions.
4. They sent me the wrong instructions with the machine. They sent instructions for the plastic unit, I assumed they would apply to SS unit, which caused machine failure.
5. As posted on another thread, on my first use, the stone wheels started releasing disgusting black liquid and the metal round plates completely came off.
I contacted DCM so many times. They responded eventually, trying to understand why the issue happened. However, over a week ago now, they completely stopped responding. It’s so frustrating because i bought this unit and have only used it once before it failed.
I keep emailing support and Jimmy but i’m getting ignored. Does anyone have any advice on how to get this sorted?

Thanks so much Chip! I emailed to the people you mentioned above as one last attempt, but i’ll call them up soon if i don’t hear back. Fingers crossed
