I’m wondering if anyone has experimented with infusing cocoa butter for flavor. I’d like to add some flavoring to my chocolates but would prefer to stay away from essential oils. I infuse oils at home for various purposes, but those aren’t solid at room temperature - though I suppose I could it liquid in a crock pot. And I wonder if the flavors will be too subtle. If anyone has any tips, tricks, or resources, I’d love to hear them.
