Hi,
I plan to make rose flavoured chocolate. However, there are only two things that I can use from roses - the essential oil or the rosewater. I am unsure how the cocoa will react ot this mixture.
Did anyone try to make something similar or has some experience with it?

Don't use the rosewater. That will ruin the chocolate. As for the essential oil, I'm sure it will work, but I have no experience with it.

essential oil will work just fine. essential oils are usually *VERY* concentrated, so if yours follows suit, you may have to dilute it in cocoa butter first (i usually use a 1:100 dilution in cocoa butter, then use the 'flavored' cocoa butter in a very small amount in the chocolate) to have it be the flavor delivery system. all flavor strengths are different, but E-Oils can pack quite a punch!
