Hey fellow alchemist, I just found out some new about chocolate! When milk is added the cacao loses its antioxidant properties, the milk proteins bind to the antioxidants! Im pretty sure it still has theobrama.... And about soy, I hope Im not the first to tell you but soy will be the death of all the americas. Not only do companies kill people who wont move for their crops in south america but the pesticides blow all over families nearby, and that not all, but soy isnt even meant for HUMAN CONSUMPTION, the fda had to destroy a few scientists careers who spoke out for health and the increase of cancer in lab rats! heres is some info if you cant believe: www.commondreams.org/archive/2007/10/26/4832/what alternatives are promising in making chocolate? for the most potent mineral digesting filler?
