What is considered a heavy roast and what about a light roast?
I have been doing about 325 for around 30 minutes, but I think I burned my last pound of Mexican beans, yucky.
Is it how long you roast or what temp you roast at? A combination of length and temp?
Any input?

Edit~ I should mention this is oven roasting.
