Does anyone use a tabletop convection oven? I am new to bean roasting but I come from the culinary industry so I know that convection ovens are better than non-convection ovens. If someone has used or currently uses a convectional toaster oven, which one is best? Thanks James
I did a search on amazon for convection ovens and there were 3 pages of ovens that came up.

I do not know if it is the best, but I use the Toastmaster convection oven. Actually it is the only oven I have. I find that I can roast about 13 oz of beans at a time in it. Obviously, it takes more time to do a large batch of beans (I just roasted 10 lbs tonight). While I am not an expert by anymeans I am happy with the results that I get.
