Just a data point to add to the database:
It took about 55 minutes at 350deg F for 1 lb, 10 3/4 oz nibs to roast to a gorgeous reddish brown color and a lovely roasted nutty, strongly chocolately taste. Very little bitterness on the roasted nibs. Final roasted weight was 1 lb 8 ounces.
I'm planning on making milk chocolate since I haven't done that yet.
