I just checked vancesfoods.com (as joy mentioned in another forum and as turns up from a google search for darifree) and found the nutrition info for darifree there: www.vancesfoods.com/darifreeorgnutrition.htmlMade from potatoes! Anyone got any tasting notes of the milk substitutes (potato, rice, soy, oat, goat, etc)? My quoting technique needs some improvement - please excuse me jamescary. I am making this into a thread because it seems to me that it is important to come up with a chocolate candy that wont rot teeth. For that pleasant result the lactose has to come out. That means a modified milk or a substitute. If you have information beyond what jamescary has provided let us hear it, please. If anyone is interested I have sampled a fair number of people with my white and milk chocolates made with xylitol sugar instead of sucrose sugar. The feedback is encouraging.
