About two hours into my first run and things are progressing. However, I'm running into an issue where one of the wheels on my ChocoGrind turns slower than the other, and after a min or two just stops altogether. One spins freely and the other does not. Unlocking the arm and then locking back down frees the wheel, but it just stops again after a short time. For now I have the arm unlocked so at least the chocolate can move around while I wait for the company to reply to my frigging WhatsApp account they made me spin up ...
I thought that I would remove the grinder entirely and re-seat it, but when I fully unlock the arm, I cannot lift it. The thing is stuck. It will not lift up at all, and I made sure the lock is fully disengaged.
Also, this thing smells like burning motor grease, which I assume will burn off in time.
Anyone have any hints on how to release this arm or get my one grinder wheel to spin?
