I have a question, I use the Behmore roaster and all was great up until I got my new bean! I have a bean from Dominican Republic that’s fab...I’m using a gentle roast so P5 less 3 minutes and still not convinced it’s correct...worried I’m not getting the best from the bean but don’t want to burn it! Any advice would be greatly appreciated l!!
