Hi there! I bought a new hard plastic mold today and made some white chocolate eggs. I also made some spheres using a silicone mold. I used the same batch of white chocolate for both. The spheres were perfect so I know the chocolate was tempered, but the eggs were stuck in the plastic mold. Any ideas as to what went wrong? Thank everyone!
