It looks promising, but you need to find out what the capacity for beans is. One of the benefits of the Behmor is that it has roasting "profiles" and it is also programmable so you can add your own profile and also tweak the existing profiles.

One issue that I see is that there's probably no way to hack it so that you can monitor the bean temperature, so developing and replicating roast profiles is going to be imprecise. You won't get the fine-grained control and reproducibility that you would with a roaster equipped with a bean temp probe, but it'll definitely be better than roasting in a home oven.

Late to respond Yes that’s why I picked it up.. Im just trying it now( didn’t get a chance yet). It heats up VERY quick. But very imprecise... I set preheat to 350 while in actuality it was 270 Im still not 100% sure if it’s good lol

Embarrassing follow up question😂.
How do I know if they are burned? They peel reaaaal easy at the moment. And I kinda have a feeling they’re not ready... either to raw or burned. I’m not sure

Taste them. They'll taste burnt if they are.
