I got distracted and missed the end of my Behmor roast. Anyone have any tips on how to finish roasting the beans? They are already cooling and I'm not sure what to do, if anything...

I hate that feature of the Behmor. The problem is that once that has been triggered, the Behmor won't start roasting again until it's run through a cooling phase. Do you know how far into the roast they got? It's possible you could re-roast them if they didn't get too hot, but I have no idea if it would work and I'd imagine there'd be a big possibility of over-roasting them.
I wish the Behmor would beep when it's gotten to that point (really, I wish there was a way to disable the auto-cool 'feature'). I've just gotten in the habit of setting an alarm on my phone to make sure I'm looking at it when it reaches that point. I don't leave it unattended, but I chart the roast on a laptop and am mostly looking at that.

As Ben suggests an alarm is the way to go. I too have sat right there in front of the roaster and missed the 30 second window to press start. Note the new AB version now beeps as well as blinks. It’s a safety feature required to pass regulatory approval.

I didn't know that about the new version beeping. That's great that they've finally added that in.
