Hey! I searched through the forum and I didn't see any topic related to roasting beans intended for milk chocolate. What is your recommendation? To keep the same roast optimized for dark chocolate or modify it? Thanks in advance!

Yeah, I would love to hear how people think about this topic too? also why they choose that particular cacao bean would be awesome to hear.
