I am looking for a Choc Tempering Machine which can handle between 2-3kg of choc callebaut chips daily.
Any advice would be warmly received.

For 2-3 kg of chocolate, I'd recommend just tempering it manually. But if you want a machine, look at the Chocovision Delta or the Hilliard's Little Dipper.
